Pricing policy
Prices are based on a minimum 2 night stay and include heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and complimentary toiletries.
Guest cancellation policy
Guests may cancel up to two weeks prior to arrival and receive a full refund.
Owner cancellation policy
In the very rare instance where we (the owners) may have to cancel a booking. The total amount paid by the guest would be refunded.
Children policy
Children are welcome at Bailey Cottage.
Beds/cots policy
There is no capacity for extra beds or for childrens cots at any of our properties.
Age restrictions
The minimum age for check-in is 18.
Smoking policy
Smoking is not allowed.
Party policy
Parties/events are not allowed.
Pets policy
Dogs and other pets are not allowed at any of our properties.
Check-in/out policy
Accommodation is available for Check-in times as stated unless by prior arrangement.
Damages policy
Breakages and damage should be reported immediately and depending on the circumstances paid for.
Liability
In the absence of negligence on our part, the use of the properties and facilities is entirely at your own risk.
